1Acceptance of Terms

3Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions at 1cuci are processed through secure and legitimate payment channels. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
- All withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for deposits, for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
- 1cuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and amount requested.
- 1cuci does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank may apply its own charges.
- Funds suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering may be held pending the completion of an investigation.
4Bonuses & Promotions
1cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotion.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members who meet the specified wagering requirements.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through multiple accounts or other methods will result in bonus cancellation and disciplinary action.

7Account Closure & Restrictions

- Fraud, system abuse, or any attempt to deceive the platform or other members
- Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity
- Providing false information or fraudulent documents during verification
- Suspected activity related to money laundering or terrorism financing
- Illegal conduct or actions that threaten the integrity of the platform
Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 1cuci support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
8Liability Limits
1cuci provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no implied warranties regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- 1cuci is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
- We are not liable for service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
9Responsible Gaming
